Processing Time: Kindly allow up to 30 days for us to process your request. We aim to complete this as efficiently as possible.

 

What happens next


Upon receiving and processing your request, we will take the following actions:
Permanent Removal: We will permanently remove your identifiable personal data from our active systems. This includes, but is not limited to, your details in our booking, newsletter, and marketing databases.
Legal Compliance: Please note that we may be required to retain certain information as mandated by Egyptian law for tax or legal documentation purposes. This retained data will be handled in accordance with all applicable privacy regulations.
