depending on the season, we may request a 50% of the total accommodation as deposit to confirm your reservation.

Rates quoted are based on the check in date and the nights of stay. if you depart earlier, early fees will be charged according to the season. 

if you wanted to add extra night, the new rate will be applied

the reservation will be hold for you until 7:00 pm. if you wish to check in later we may request a deposit. please contact us to confirm holding your room.

because of the instability of tourism, our prices may change based on occupancy rates. meaning when occupancy rate will increase, the price will increase accordingly. 

should you need to cancel or reduce the nights of stay, please do it before 3 weeks of the arrival date. Within 3 weeks a 50% of the total accommodation will be charged.

In case of no show or the reduction of the nights stay, 100% off the total accommodation will be charged.
