Payment, depending on the season, we may request a 50% of the total accommodation as deposit to confirm your reservation.

Check in/Checkout Policy, Rates quoted are based on the check in date and the nights of stay. if you depart earlier, early fees will be charged according to the season

Arrival time, the reservation will be hold for you until 7:00 pm. if you wish to check in later we may request a deposit. please contact us to confirm holding your room.

Rate rules/ Restrictions because of the instability of tourism, our prices may change based on occupancy rates. meaning when occupancy rate will increase, the price will increase accordingly.

Reduction/Cancelation, should you need to cancel or reduce the nights of stay, please do it before 3 weeks of the arrival date. Within 3 weeks a 50% of the total accommodation will be charged.

In case of no show or the reduction of the nights stay, 100% off the total accommodation will be charged.

Children, at Neptune Dahab Hotel, the guest must be 12 or above, while at Neptune Residence children under 12 years old are allowed.
